Welcome to 207 Mohican Trail in Arrowhead Lake, PA. This home comes fully furnished — all you have to do is bring your things and relax. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home is newly renovated with an open floor plan. The kitchen features all new appliances and everything needed to cook homemade meals.
The master bedroom (queen bed) is on the main floor with an en-suite full bathroom — both handicap accessible — and includes a brand new washer and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two twin beds.
The rear deck offers a place to relax and grill, and is handicap accessible too — with 8 Adirondack chairs and a brand new gas grill. The fireplace is perfect for chilly Pocono nights. The home has free high-speed WiFi, two TVs, two DVD players, and an internet streaming box.
You’re minutes from the brand new community clubhouse and beach, and the lake itself is just across the street — visible from the upstairs bedroom. The community features 3 pools, 4 beaches, two clubhouses, and basketball courts. You’re also just minutes from skiing, hiking, fishing, water parks, hunting, golf, and Pocono Speedway.

Good to know before you book
Community fees & requirements
All guests over age 6 need wristbands for community access. The community charges a mandatory $8.50 per person per day (May–September) or $2 per person per day (October–April), plus a one-time $25 per car gate pass fee for the entire stay — this gives 24-hour access to both gates, the welcome center, the clubhouse, and the rest of the Arrowhead community. These fees are added to your final total once your stay is confirmed. Our nightly rate includes all our own fees — no hidden host charges.
Government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals. You’re responsible for any damage caused during your stay. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Safety on site: carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock. The deck and other outdoor spaces may not be suitable for young children — reach out before booking if you have concerns.
